Black Siren

  Today’s pictures are bit different from the usual: a long BCBG dress with a siren shape, one of my favorite earrings and New York in the background.

Alicia Keys – Tears Always Win

We all have our ‘icons’. In fashion, music, film or simply in everyday life. No wonder, that Andy Warhol decided to do his own interpretation of Marilyn Monroe iconic look. In this pop art madness  he created  the graphics that we all know today. Lucky coincidence that some of them were actually printed on my clutch )) Since we’re talking about pop art, set  with this kind of bag couldn’t be anything less then a color-bomb! 

Każdy ma z nas swoje ‘ikony’. W modzie, w muzyce, w filmie czy po prostu w życiu. Nic więc dziwnego, że za charakterystyczny wizerunek słynne Marilyn Monroe, zabrał się inny nie mniej słynny artysta: Andy Warhol. W swoim twórczym ‘pop artowym’ szale, stworzył grafiki, które zna dzisiaj cały świat. Tak się składa, że dzisiaj goszczą one na mojej torebce )) Skoro o pop arcie mowa, nie mogło zabraknąć w tym zestawieniu soczystych barw! Fioletowa mini i pistacjowa narzutka stanowią duet idealny, gdzieniegdzie dosmakowany zmysłowym różem. To się nazywa bomba kolorystyczna!

Gold & Roses

  Saturday is a holy day. Not just because it is the first day of the weekend to dedicate entirely to relax and the well deserved peace of mind after a week spent working but also – and mostly – because in my imaginary world called “Camyland” is shopping day in the Upper East Side.

After a quick stop at Victoria’s Secret – the second this week already – I headed towards Madison Avenue only to come back home with a Celine crop top along with a white blouse from Lanvin which immediately started screaming “Camilla buy me!!” the minute I stepped foot in the store.

 

Before doing any of my usual weekend damages though, Mattia and I went for a walk on Park Avenue, one of our favorite streets in the city where we took the pictures of today’s look.

Did anyone of you do any damages like me during this weekend or am I the only one here?

  Il sabato e’ un giorno santo, e non solo perché e’ il primo giorno del fine settimana da dedicare al relax e alla pace dei sensi ma anche perché a Camyland (il mio personalissimo mondo immaginario) e’ la giornata della settimana da dedicare allo shopping nell’Upper East Side.

Prima pero’ di effettuare qualcuno dei miei “danni finesettimanali” io e Mattia abbiamo fatto una passeggiata su Park Avenue dove abbiamo scattato le foto del look di oggi.

Say hello to my lovely tropical-print pajama pants. This pair is probably one of the most comfortable pair of bottoms I own, next to these printed wide-legged pants. These pants need not much styling nor accessorizing, hence the somber pairing with a simple tank top and bi-color jacket.
